Adding dice to your online game is easy. As long as you have a web site with PHP enabled, you just have to add this script and you're good to go. Just follow these simple instructions:

Download and unzip the Online Game Dice folder
Copy the folder to your web site directory using your preferred method (FTP, for example).
Edit the three variables in the config.php files with your favorite editor (Notepad, for instance).
Include the file dice-include.php wherever you want to show the dice. The code is simple, just add , if your web page is in the root directory.
Make sure to save the file with a .php extension so that the include works properly.

File Upload Manager Script

Instructions:

Open "index.php" in a text editor and edit
the configurations if needed.
Upload all files in "fileupload" directory
to your webserver (PHP files in ASCII mode)
preferably in it's own folder and for *Unix
webservers, CHMOD the "store" directory to 0777.

There are 2 CSS (stylesheet) files located
in the "img" directory. You can change

MyBannerExchange Script

I want to take a minute or two to explain to you how this works. When a person signs up using a specific category, by default they'll have banners of that same category on their site. Now obviously, when you first get your service going, each person may be the only one in their subcategory, or even the only one in their main category. The script compensates for this. The script first checks to see if there's another site in that category. If there is, it displays it. If not, it then checks to see if there's another site in that main category. If not, it tries a third time by checking the entire database for another banner to display, regardless of category. If THAT fails, that means you only have one account in your database that's considered "active". You should at least add your own banner by creating your own account, and then set it for "exempt" on the admin page. :)

EXPLANATION
Here's a small explanation so you know what things are and how they work.
Users submit their articles. They then get an article ID that they can
search under ID Search to find out if their article is still pending,
accepted, or rejected.
The administrator can login to their control panel and now accept, reject,
or edit the submissions. Rejected ones get deleted, accepted ones go under
permanent, and edited ones get edited.
The admin can also reject (delete) permanent ones, and edit/reject logs
that say the status of the articles.
Admins will need to click Publish at the top of the control panel to
make the articles still under the permanent section with the same month prefix
(01_, 02_, etc..) appear on the main page. Issues will always appear on the
archives page even if the issue hasn't been published.

RSSParser - A library used for reading RSS files (URLs) and transposing them
into a simple PHP array structure. This basically takes the generic PHP
array output from XMLParser and creates a new PHP array structure specific
to RSS feeds. The XML structure itself is automatically validated by expat.
RSS 2.0 and RDF are the only formats tested. RSS 0.91 should work as well.

Outbound Link Tracker Script

This is a simple script to track your outbound links. There are two parts, linktrack.js and linktrack.php.

The javascript part captures clicks an oinks and invokes the php part when a surfer clicks a link. The link is recorded in a flat file name linktrack.txt. You can import the file into MS Access or your favorite spreadsheet program and get stats on where your surfers are heading.

Add the following code to each page that you want to track.

Change the url of the linktrack.js to the correct location of your Javascript.

Change the URL at the top of the linktrack.js file to match the location of the linktrack.php script.

Change the access permissions using chmod on the directory where the php script lives to writeable, so that the program can create and append to the linktrack.txt file. This file will contain an entry for every outbound link from your page.

The thing is too simple to mess up.

a daily basis.

Notes
The url form of download.php?fileid=1 is now depracated, use instead download.php?file=1 or download.php?download=1
At some point in time the url form of download.php?fileID=1 will be removed. In the meantime I have left comments in the code of where
this is so you can use both forms of the url to download files. I advise that you update your links and listings to the new form as at some point in the future the old form will be removed. It has been left in because mamy search engines will need time to update the linke
to the new form of the url. This will not have any effect if this is your first installation of the Download Counter.

PHP Rentals Version 0.5 Script

PHPRentals lets you display your rental properties on your website. There is a full administration section for both the site admin and the landlords
(if you want to run it that way). The detailed search page is located in the /members directory. This is in case you would like to charge your visitors
for access to the rental listings. This script evolved from a custom programmed site, so it is possible there will be some oddities, or something I
forgot.

To install this script requires some basic server knowledge and basic understanding of php and mysql. It has been tested on several Unix varieties.
I haven't tested this on Windows and really don't plan to. If you run into errors please email me at webmaster@virxpress.com . Do not ask for help

There is a huge potential for someone to be able to attack/annoy you on your network with this script. You will definitely want to look into setting up some method to limit the number of connections for this bot. If you IRCd supports it, setup flood limits on the hostmask of the bot. Also, caching is a great idea for this type of system, but I havn't had time to incorporate that (since it would involve connecting to a MySQL server).

TH-Rotating Banner Ad Script

To install TH-Rotating Banner Ad on your website follow the steps below.

Unzip all of the files in this zip to a location on your computer where you can find them . ie your desktop.
If you don't already have a database on your server you will need set on up. Log into your hosting account control panel and set one up. You only need to set up a mysql database, there is no need to add a table to it, the install script will create the table for you.
Open the config.php file in a text editor and make the necessary changes. Change your_password to the password for your database, change user to the username of your database and change database_name to the name of your database. Note: Normally localhost will work for the name of your host, but you may have to change it to your host name depending on your hosting company.
Upload the config.php, ran.php, and the ban_install.php files to your sever. Be sure to upload them in ASCII format. Make sure to put the three files in the same folder together.
Open your browser and call up the ban_install.php script. ie http://www.your_domain.com/ban_install.php. This will bring up the admin panel in your browser.
Click the install button to create the table on your database.
The script is now setup and ready to use. To add banners to your database, simply enter the address to the banner image and the address the banner will link to and click the insert_ban button.
To add the banners to your pages, place this code into your html of the pages where you want the banner to appear. Note: the pages you add the code to will need to be named with the .php extension.
